新大阪貝斯特韋斯特舒適精選酒店 (SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Shin-Osaka)

樓層不需要刷卡機能進，一點都不安全！！衹有一張房卡，沒辦法一個人在房間裡一個人出門！設施很老，空調不能調溫度，冰箱很老，老式空調比我年紀都大……房間裡甚至沒有一瓶水……整個樓道也髒髒的……1500一晚住這麼差的真的無語，第一次寫這麼多差評

駅から數分歩きますがホテル前にガストとセブンイレブンがあり過ごしやすかったです。 部屋も綺麗で清潔感がありました。

酒店服務非常到位，設施齊全，就是位置有點遠了，需要改進的是廁所儘量不要和洗浴同一個房間，希望廁所和洗浴可以分開，不過還行，整體體驗不錯哦，還是推薦的

酒店外立面在維修，酒店整體還算乾淨，服務態度尚可，在我們的要求下給我們升級了房間，房間很大，交通比較方便，離地鐵站2號口走路5分鐘

冷氣不太夠

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, as the surroundings are mainly residential. There are also a few schools nearby, and plenty of dining options are available. Convenience stores and supermarkets are easily accessible in the area, meeting basic daily needs. Transportation is acceptable but slightly inconvenient. The hotel is a certain distance away from the nearest metro and train stations, which may require extra time for those relying on public transport. As for buses, only one route passes by the hotel, and it operates just two times an hour, which can be limiting. The room was fairly clean, but a few details are worth noting. For instance, there was a sign on the window, seemingly intended to remind guests not to open it. However, the odd part was that the text on the sign faced outward, making its purpose somewhat puzzling. Additionally, the emergency flashlight appeared to be missing from the room, which could be inconvenient in unforeseen situations. On one occasion, when returning to the hotel at night, a personal towel brought by me was found to be missing. It's suspected that the cleaning staff might have mistaken it for a hotel towel and taken it, which, while a minor issue, caused some inconvenience. Overall, the hotel offers a peaceful environment and convenient access to daily necessities, making it suitable for travelers seeking a quiet stay. However, the transportation options are somewhat limited, and while the room was clean, certain details could be improved. Enhancing the service quality and addressing these small issues would make the experience even better.

新大阪から一駅なのでとても便利です！ 全體的に綺麗ですが、部屋のトイレやお風呂場は少し年季を感じます。

房間很乾凈，一個人住很寬敞，浴室很乾凈，被安排在7樓，外面的風景也很不錯。 樓下有一家新開的711還有一家ガスト快餐店，吃飯很方便，離車站也不遠，性價比比較高。 隔音一般，牆板比較薄，但是晚上還算安靜。

乾淨整潔，環境不錯，房間大小也是ok的，26寸行李箱攤開來完全沒問題，還有個小辦公桌可以用。 唯一的不足：被芯比較舊了，看著有點膈應😂

素泊まりで再利用。相変わらずコスパは良く満足できました。エアコンは部屋毎ではないあたりは古さは感じますが、効きは問題ないです。今は寒いので暖房一択ですが、季節の変わり目で體感が違う時期だと不便に感じることもあるかも。
